I'm home! Did you miss me? Don't answer, don't answer. I just hate it when you get all slobbery and sentimental. I could hear the melancholy sighs of lonesomeness all the way across the Atlantic. Buck up. My regular pattern of sporadic posting continues as of today.
Not that I didn't try and post while on vacation. After the dismal attempt in the basement of a McDonald's in London, I made three other tries, but was thwarted each time. An internet cafe in Notting Hill was too busy; France handed me a keyboard that looked like meth-addicted monkeys put it together; and in Edinburgh, I grabbed the wrong purse - the one without credit cards and cash in it - and they politely declined my offer to swap Internet time for my half-finished bag of M&Ms.
Aside from computer woes, The VP and I had a fantastic trip. I'll share some of the more memorable moments and a few photos once I sort through everything we brought back. Right now a more pressing issue would be cleaning up the house; it looks like someone lit a powder keg under a laundromat. I should surface by the weekend, if not sooner, to return to the blog.
Thanks, Sandy, for holding down the fort, and welcome to Tiger Lilly!
Thank God. Even I'm sick of me.

Regardless of what anyone says, I've been good. Just don't yell at me.

Thanks for proof-reading, Aelfheld. I blame jet lag.
