According to this site, the cheapest gas in the Twin Cities is $1.81 at The Holiday at Hwy 10 & Ramsey Blvd. in Ramsey, The Exxon at Hwy 10 & Cutters Grove Ave in Anoka, and the Holiday on W Main in Anoka. Information like this at her fingertips would probably convince my mother in law to learn how to use a computer.
