Mystery

Today I watched a woman buy a large order of French fries, go outside to the restaurant parking lot, and feed the fries to a gull.

Why aren't the parking lots of fast food restaurants filled with the corpses of birds who keel over from heart attacks and coronary disease?  There have got to be entire flocks who subsist on nothing but "to go" food.  Do they hit McDonalds and then go over to the local Pfizer rep's office for Lipitor handouts?  When are these birds going to start dropping like flies?

I can't wait to see someone from PETA dress up like a giant pigeon and fake a cardiac arrest in front of the Wendy's drive-thru window.
